Penni leads RVPM Designs web and graphics services. She also manages customer relations, marketing and coordinates projects.

Since 1993 Penni has been working as a freelance graphic artist,  web designer, advertising coordinator, computer consultant and provider of project management services.

Penni continues the development of high-end real estate web sites including: photo scanning and database coordination using web and database development tools on both Macintosh and PC platforms.

Penni designed and developed a large interactive promotional website for international reference book publisher. The site includes the use of image maps, questionnaire forms, cgi scripts; quiz run by a Java script; and intensive graphic image usage. 

Penni has acted as a consultant for large web site feasibility studies with detailed review of existing web site design with advice to clients on potential improvements. 

Penni has designed and developed a relational database to manage and track three multi-volume reference book publishing projects. 

Penni has researched, developed and then implemented a computer system for photo reproduction at a design studio. 

Penni devised an original "distortion graphics" methodology for use in children's knit socks manufacturing, a process totally new to the apparel industry. 

In addition Penni has: 

Converted a client site from paper based financial research to on-line stock research. 

Converted a client site to electronic travel arrangement service for all corporate travel. 

Coordinated creation of MIS marketing system used for scheduling, telemarketing and mailing. § Provided original on-line research for client that resulted in a $50,000 reduction in tax liability. 

Provided management consulting for reference publishing company studying organizational efficiency. Implemented plan resulted in increased volume and productivity. 

Instituted in-house design procedures for sales and marketing company resulting in cost reductions and increased quality of sales materials for marketing agency.

Provide tutoring service for novice clients in computer hardware and software usage. Performed new and software upgrade installations, including telecommunication and network software troubleshooting
